Dispatch and delivery
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We offer free tracked shipping worldwide on every order. Typical delivery: United States, United Kingdom and EU: 7-14 business days by tracked air line. You receive a tracking number by email once shipped.
Addresses
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check it – we can change the address only before dispatch (email us quickly). Packages returned to us due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses are reshipped with a new shipping fee or refunded minus shipping.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within the 1-2 day dispatch window – email us immediately. After dispatch the carrier is in charge and we cannot intercept packages.
Customs and duties
For most US orders there is no extra charge. For the UK/EU and some other destinations, import VAT or duties may be charged by local authorities on arrival. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer – this is standard for cross-border e-commerce, but please check your local rules before ordering.
Delays and lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 20 days, or the carrier confirms loss, you choose a free reship or a full refund. Seasonal peaks and customs checks can add a few days; if your delivery misses something important, email us before leaving feedback and we will fix it.
Where do shipments come from?
From our partner fulfilment facility in China (Shandong), which is also where our trainers are manufactured – no middle-warehouse relays, which is how we keep shipping fast and free.
