This Privacy Policy explains how VibraPosture, operated by Yongkang Chongmeng E-commerce Firm (姘稿悍瀹犵洘鐢靛瓙鍟嗗姟鍟嗚, an individual business registered in Zhejiang, China) (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you visit vibraposture.com, take our posture self-check, or buy a product.
1. What we collect
Quiz data: the answers you select in our posture self-check and the resulting score, stored on our side to generate your report. Contact data: your email address only if you choose to enter it to receive your report. Order data: name, shipping address, email and order history, collected at checkout so we can fulfil and support your order. Usage data: pages viewed, device and referrer information via analytics and advertising cookies (see section 4).
2. How we use it
To generate your self-check report and send it to you; to deliver the free follow-up email series you sign up for; to process, ship and support orders; to prevent fraud; and to improve our products and content. Posture self-check answers are used only to generate your personalized report. The quiz is an educational tool and is not used for any medical purpose, diagnosis or treatment decision.
3. We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store (hosting and e-commerce platform, PCI-compliant card payment providers, email delivery, shipping carriers) and only to the extent required to do their job.
4. Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels to understand traffic and measure ads. These providers set cookies and may process data in their own systems under their privacy policies. You can opt out of advertising cookies via your browser settings and the ads choices of the respective networks.
5. Email and consent
Emails you receive after the quiz (report delivery and posture tips) are sent based on your subscription. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing also removes your email from our marketing list.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing, free of charge. Email vibraposture6688@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our site is directed to adults 18+. Products are designed to be worn by children only under parental selection and supervision; we only knowingly collect data from the adult purchaser or quiz-taker.
8. Retention and security
Quiz answers are kept while your email report thread is active and are deleted on request; order records are kept as long as law requires. Payment card details are never stored on our servers – they are handled entirely by our payment partners.
